We start with a complimentary exploration call. It’s a chance to talk about where you are, what you want, and to feel if this work is the right fit. If it is, we agree on how to move forward together.

Each session lasts about 60 minutes and usually takes place every other week. This rhythm gives you space to process, integrate, and apply what we explore together.

Every meeting is tailored to your needs and goals, and sessions are held online via Google Meet for flexibility. Between calls, you’ll receive “homeplay” practices to deepen the work, and I remain available through instant messaging for questions or guidance.

Because this is about fit, not pressure. The call lets us both see if the work feels right. And if I sense I’m not the right guide for you, I’ll point you toward someone who is.

Men’s Rebirth is built on creating an ongoing relationship, so you can experience the full value of the work over time. We’ll discuss your goals and expectations during the initial call — and that’s also when I’ll share pricing details.

I work with a membership-based model for consistency and depth.

The membership includes:

• Two 1:1 sessions per month, tailored to your goals and challenges.

• Direct messaging support between sessions for guidance and feedback.

When you join, you’ll pay one month’s deposit upfront. This secures your spot and is applied to your final month if you decide to leave.

To cancel, I ask for one month’s notice so we can close the work thoughtfully.

For those seeking a different format, I also offer in-person immersions. These are not part of the membership but individually agreed upon, depending on the scope of the work. They require at least one full day together (often more), can be arranged over weekends, and may involve travel when suitable.

Coaching and therapy are distinct, serving different purposes. My coaching is transformative and focused on self-discovery, alignment, and personal evolution. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical services. I am a certified coach, not a licensed therapist or medical professional.

I am trauma-informed and sensitive to the impact of past experiences, but I do not provide trauma therapy. My role is to guide you in envisioning and creating your future in a supportive and empowering way. Together, we work on goals that foster growth, fulfillment, and alignment, always within the scope of coaching — never medical or psychological treatment.

If you require therapy or medical advice, please consult a licensed professional. My coaching services are designed to complement, not replace, those forms of support.

Most of my work happens online. But in-person sessions are available as immersions — at least a full day together, often more. Spending this extended time face-to-face makes the work far more immersive and effective. These immersions can be arranged over a weekend, and I’m also open to traveling when it’s the right fit.

No. My sessions never involve hands-on touch, and nudity is not required. You will not be asked to expose your body on camera at any point. If I need to illustrate a concept, I use educational props or clear verbal explanations — always in a context of respect and professionalism.

Yes. Whether you’re single or partnered, you can do this work on your own.

If you’re in a relationship, your partner doesn’t need to join the process for you to create meaningful change.

Working on yourself often shifts the whole dynamic, bringing more clarity, authenticity, and depth into your relationship.

Yes! I work with individuals, whether they’re single, partnered, or choosing to explore their journey on their own. If you’re in a relationship, it’s not necessary for both partners to participate in coaching to create meaningful change. I support those who are partnered but wish—or need—to work independently, guiding them through personal growth that can positively impact their relationship.

I typically conduct sessions in English and Italian. Sessions in French are also possible.

You can postpone or cancel a scheduled session free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. However, postponements or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.

As part of the membership, there is a commitment to attend two sessions per month. Missed sessions cannot be carried over to the following month and must be rescheduled within the same month. Exceptions can be made for circumstances such as vacations or sickness, provided these are communicated and mutually agreed upon in advance.
